At Furnipuzzle, we are committed to delivering modern comfort right to your doorstep — safely, quickly, and reliably. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping policies, timeframes, and what to do if something goes wrong with your order.

Shipping Regions & Limitations

We currently offer shipping exclusively to:

  1. United States
  2. Canada

We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, DPO locations, or freight forwarders.
If such an address is entered, our team will contact you to confirm and update, which may delay your shipment.
If you are located outside these regions, please contact our customer service team, and we will gladly assist you in finding a suitable solution.

Order Processing & Shipping Time

  1. Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
  2. Standard Shipping Time: 7–15 business days depending on your location.
  3. Carriers Used: UPS, FedEx, USPS, and trusted freight partners
  4. Free Shipping is offered on all orders in United States and Canada.

Tracking Your Package

  1. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email
  2. Click the "Track Order" button at the bottom of our site
  3. Enter your order number and email address
  4. Click into each package to view delivery updates

Please note:

  • Some orders are split into multiple packages, each with its own tracking number
  • Package names may not exactly match the product name, but they are part of the same order

Missing Orders Marked as Delivered

If your package shows as “delivered” but is missing, please follow these steps within 24 hours:

  1. Confirm the shipping address on your order
  2. Check your mailbox, front/back door, garage, etc.
  3. Ask household members or neighbors
  4. Look for any delivery notices
  5. Contact the carrier with your tracking number
  6. Wait up to 48 hours, as some deliveries may be pre-marked

If still not received after 48 hours, contact our customer service with the carrier claim number.
We will assist with reshipment or refund as appropriate.

All missing item reports must be submitted within 3 business days of the delivery notification.

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item

  1. For freight deliveries, sign “damaged” on the proof of delivery if applicable
  2. Keep all original packaging
  3. Contact us within 48 hours and provide:
    • Clear photos of the item
    • Photos of packaging
    • Photos of shipping labels
  4. Explain the issue (e.g., broken part, wrong item, malfunctioning product)

Product issues must be reported within 14 days of receipt.
We do not cover repair costs from unauthorized service providers.

Shipment Delays or Exceptions

If your shipment is delayed or lost:

  1. Contact both the carrier and our customer service team
  2. Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund according to your preference

Note: Ongoing global supply chain challenges may extend delivery timelines.
We appreciate your understanding and will keep you updated throughout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Orders shipping in the United States with no taxes or duties.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

  1. Each order can only be shipped to one address
  2. To ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders
