At Furnipuzzle, we care about your satisfaction. Please review the following policy to understand how returns, refunds, and replacements are handled.

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase.

Conditions for Eligible Returns:

Product must be in new, unused condition

Item must be unassembled and uninstalled

Product must be in its original packaging, including crate or wooden box and internal protective materials

No missing parts, damage, or signs of wear

Non-Returnable Items:

Clearance or final sale items

Custom-made or made-to-order products

Items marked “Non-Returnable” on product page

Products missing original packaging or damaged packaging

Return and exchange fees:

If the return is not due to a defect or our error:

You are responsible for returnand exchange shipping costs

You will need to pay 20% of your order for product re-stocking fees

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items under the same conditions as returns.

To request an exchange:

Photos of the item(s)

Reason for exchange

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process:

Order number

Item(s) and quantity

Reason for return

Photos or video showing the item, packaging, and shipping label

Wait for our return approval and shipping instructions

Ship the item back to us

Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method

Refund processing time:

Within 3 business days for canceled orders

Within 5 business days of receiving returned items

Credit card refunds may take one billing cycle to reflect

Please do not file chargebacks—contact us first to resolve any issues

Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items

Defective Items

Report within 14 days of delivery with:

Order number

Description of defect

Photos/videos of the issue and packaging

We will offer a free replacement, refund, or exchange based on the situation.

Missing Items or Parts

Check if other parts are arriving in a separate shipment

If confirmed missing, contact us within 14 days

Provide photos of received items and list what is missing

We will ship missing components at no additional cost.

Wrong Items

Compare the received item SKU to your order

Report within 14 days

We’ll cover return shipping and send the correct product

Shipping Damage

If Damage Is Visible at Delivery:

Refuse the delivery

Note the damage on the carrier’s receipt

Take photos and contact us immediately

If Damage Is Discovered After Delivery:

Report within 48 hours

Include photos of the product, shipping box, and shipping label

Do not discard packaging until we resolve the issue

Additional Terms

Furnipuzzle is not responsible for:

Labor or installation costs

Delays in your project due to missing or defective items

Unauthorized third-party repairs

Undeliverable or Refused Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

Incorrect shipping address

Missed delivery attempts

Customer refusal

You may be charged for:

Reshipping costs

Handling or restocking fees
