Our products are upholstered in spill proof Performance Weave that is OEKO-TEX certified. This means liquid beads off the fabric.

OEKO-TEX label is certified as having passed safety tests for the presence of harmful substances.

We recommend light use for the first 24 hours to allow your sofa to expand and restore its shape evenly. During the first few days, you may notice that the foam appears misshaped or that the fabric has wrinkles—this is completely normal and part of the expansion process. Over the course of a week, the foam will continue to firm up and expand, and the fabric will settle into place. By the end of this period, your sofa will be fully expanded and ready for regular use.

Our breakthrough foam technology works best with time, and your sofa will continue to adapt to your body and environment, becoming even more comfortable as it completes the expansion.

To help with the process, there are a few things you can do:

If desired, you can gently use a steamer on medium heat to help release wrinkles in the fabric more quickly.
Please note that expansion is a gradual process, and it may take at least one full week for your sofa to fully expand. The Space-Saving material is actually more expensive to produce than traditional furniture, not less. You will be surprised by how firm yet supportive Space-Saving can be. The savings come from hyper-efficient storage and transportation, not the materials. Our innovation in packaging is how we have the lowest carbon footprint per piece of furniture.

First, Please note that certain models feature non-removable inner covers; however, compatible outer protective covers remain available for selection and purchase separately through our official product portal. That said, to clean your Furni Puzzle furniture, we recommend following these simple steps:

1. Blot Spills Immediately: Our fabric has a spill-proof finish, making it easy to blot away spills. Use an absorbent paper towel to soak up any liquid right away. The fabric is designed to resist damage, so don’t worry about the spill causing harm.
2. Treat Stubborn Stains: For any stains that don't lift with blotting, dampen a cloth with warm water. Gently dab the affected area—avoid rubbing, as this can damage the fabric. The stain should lift easily without the need for harsh chemicals.
3. Avoid Removing Covers: We do not recommend removing the covers, as the fabric is specially treated to be low-maintenance. The spill-proof finish helps reduce the need for washing, making your couch easy to maintain with minimal effort.
4.Outer Protective Cover Replacement: Should the outer protective cover develop persistent staining or contamination that cannot be effectively remediated, compatible replacement components are available for purchase through our product support portal. To ensure proper fit and functionality, select the designated model-specific cover listed in the accessory catalog.

For routine maintenance, note that existing covers are machine-washable (cold water, gentle cycle recommended). Air-drying is advised to preserve structural integrity and material performance.

By following these steps, you can enjoy a clean, well-maintained furniture with little hassle.

There are a few steps you can take, better within 24 hours after your item shows as delivered:
1. Confirm your shipping address.
2. Check mailbox and other entrances to your home.
3. Check if someone else from your household or a neighbor accepted the package.
4. Check around your home for delivery attempt notice.
5. Contact the carrier (FedEx, UPS, etc.) with your tracking number to start a claim.
6. Sometimes carriers communicate delivery prior to arrival, so we suggest waiting 24 hours.
If it has been 24 hours or more since the delivery notification and you still haven't received the product, please contact our customer service and provide the claim number for additional assistance. If the shipment is confirmed "missing", we are responsible for re-shipment or refund according to your preference.
All missing item inquiries may need to inform us within 3 days of receipt, otherwise, after-sales inquiries after 3 days of receipt might be affected negatively due to uncertain factors outside of the time frame.

1.Upon receipt, please kindly sign the word "damaged" on the proof of delivery (for freight shipping) and inspect your purchase and notify us of any missing parts, faults, damage or incorrect items immediately.
2.Please kindly keep the original packaging, which is essential. You are advised to contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your items if there is an issue with the product. such as damage to furniture after opening, please make sure to take some pictures or a quick video demonstrating the problem. Providing pictures of the product, the packaging and the labels on the outside will allow us to greatly speed up the process for you.
3.All product issue inquiries may need to inform us within 14 days of receipt along with the three types of pictures mentioned above, otherwise, after-sales inquiries after 14 days of receipt might be affected negatively due to uncertain factors outside of the time frame.
4.Please note that we do not cover the repair fee if unauthorized handyman services were hired.

Please note : Deliveries are not typically made at weekends or on holidays.
We are not able to guarantee exact delivery dates for our orders. However, we do provide delivery estimates based on stock levels and anticipated shipping routes. This information is updated in real time and can be found on the product page.
For our larger items which are shipped by freight shipping company, you'll have the opportunity to schedule your delivery with the freight shipping company. They will be in touch to schedule an appointment as soon as your order is ready to ship.
To access your most up-to-date estimated delivery time, you can follow the steps below, which will reflect the most recent information we have on hand. Please note that we are unable to provide expedited shipping on any orders.

Please contact both the carrier and our customer service to investigate. If it is confirmed there is an exception (i.e., package lost) or delay will still last for a considerable time, we are responsible for re-shipment or refund according to your preference.
*Note: The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has strained supply chains around the world, decreasing the available capacity on shipping vessels, and prolonging processing time at receiver ports. As a result, our estimated delivery dates may be longer than usual.

United States: Purchasing and shipping is available only within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington DC.

However, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO military address, DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) destinations or to freight forwarders. If a PO Box or APO/FPO/DPO address is provided, we will contact you for confirmation, it will delay shipment of the order.

What shipping carrier do you use?
We partner with major shipping companies like UPS, FedEx, USPS and Freight shipping companies to offer the fastest, safest, and most reliable delivery service possible.
Do You Ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Military Addresses?
We are sorry that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses, so customers need to provide a street address. If a PO Box or APO/FPO military address is provided, we will contact you for confirmation, it will delay shipment of the order.

Once an order has shipped out, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email that includes the tracking number and the carrier. Just go to the carrier's website and use the tracking number to track your package.
You can track your package through the steps below.

If you're buying several items and want to designate those items being sent to different addresses (for example, you want to buy an item for yourself and an item to be shipped to a friend as a gift), you will need to purchase the items separately.
